This is an essential app to have for your business. I recommend making an Exchanges and Returns page in your menu of your store using this app. I think you absolutley need to offer returns and exchanges for your customers to make sure your customers feel safe buying from you. It's also important in case they don't want what they got or want a different product in your store. Yanet offers good customization, and allows you to remove branding for free.

This app is excellent for what it offers. A few things that could be improved include The email notification, as it is a bit hard to set up. More Return and Refund Method options, like store credit, flat rate return fees, etc.

While there is room for improvement, it has all the basics to manage returns and exchanges for your shop. Great app!
