Yanet Returns & Exchanges

the customer submits a picture a proof that the product is in same condition but it just won't show in the form! its been days and no one fixes it!

This plugin is very useful, and the customer service staff Alex is also very responsible — He always help me resolve issues promptly. I do have one suggestion: it would be even better if more shipping carriers could be added, such as UPS.

It is easy to set up and use. I like the flow of it. I give it four stars because I can not seem to remove the return to store option. I do not have a physical store and there is no point for me to have that option on there. Also, I wish there was a way to get a return label configured into the app. I have to create a separate return in Shopify to generate the label. It would also be great if an invoice can be created for them to pay for the difference on an exchange in the return portal. I do not know if I do not have something set up or not to do this. However, it would be wonderful to have these steps.

Works as expected which for a free app is a WOW! Factor. However, for whatever reason, the app doesn't allow multiple items to be 'Returned'. Admin has to select each item individually in an order and create multiple returns (e.g. if 4 line items are present, each will have it's own return) which is very surprising.

Would have given it 5 stars if not for this little detail missing.

TLDR: Cannot process return in a single ID, if there are more than 1 line items in an order.

WOW WOW WOW This is the best app we have installed on our store to date. I was searching for an app to streamline our returns and exchange procedures as this is very time-consuming with customer interaction, we now guide them to use the portal provided by this app and the features and functionality are amazing and can be totally customized to suit your needs. There are options to add images and descriptions for warranty claims and the design and feel is so user friendly for both customer and admin experience. I have to especially thank Tracey from support as she was very patient with my specific requirements and helped guide me through the initial process which is now up and running and will benefit our store a lot. On. As an early bird, this app is currently still free so catch it while you can you won't be disappointed. Xin Cam On
