The app is all over the place. While it does allow reasons/image attachments, and is free, you still lose money because the app doesn't make customers pay for shipping labels or deduct them from the refund amount. The support team is inconsistent with their replies too, and they lie to you just to go on about their day (yes Tracy, I'm talking about you.) Don't use this, you're just going to lose ...

Still no communication on the issues.
Looks like a decent app but we have bneen unable to update any of the emails that would have gone out. 2 stars at it looks decent but has some serious issues with customizing even the emails.
the customer submits a picture a proof that the product is in same condition but it just won't show in the form! its been days and no one fixes it!
