Yanet Returns & Exchanges

Have been using Yanet Returns for about 4 months now and it makes our life so much easier to track returns/exchanges. App is easy to us and their chat help desk (esp Alex) is always attentive and happy to assist with any requests we have.

Leaving a review after 2 months. We patiently waited for 2 months for mere courier integration, as we were asked to do. I connected myself after 2 months, and I am being informed of inability to test a bunch of things for integration like shortage of funds in the account or KYC etc. Where I was informed this will only be a test account, now they added on to the unnecessary requirements. Additionally, we didn't receive a single mail from the team to align and sort out anything! If there was anything needed for the integration, it should have been informed to us. This has been a huge wastage of our precious time. Do not recommend this app.

Yanet: Returns and Exchanges is an amazing app that makes handling returns and exchanges so much easier! The interface is clean, intuitive, and integrates smoothly with Shopify. It helps us save a lot of time managing customer requests, and our customers also find it very easy to use.
