Great app, and customer service is quick to reply and professional.
I just got the app, so it's hard to tell how it will work for me in the long run. But, the customer service has been A+ superb so far. The app itself is simple, basic, and to the point with what it offers. I like that it's not overcomplicated and gets the job done. Hopefully they'll add more features in the future, so I can continue to use them as my business grows.
This app does everything we need to provide tiered bulk discounts, and the fact that it's a free app makes me appreciate it even more. Great customer service :)
