It is an amazing app. But unfortunately they charge an excessively high setup fee. Considering that the monthly value is already considerable.
You should not charge an installation fee. I don't think it's very difficult for you. You could have more clients paying their monthly fee.
Not all markets would be able to pay $400 for an installation. There are shopify experts but it is not the same as installing the app developer.
I wrote an email to get more information about what the installation cost includes but I didn't get enough response. They told me that they were too busy to attend to my inquiries.

Lately, we’ve been swamped with onboarding new clients. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to respond to everyone in a timely manner. We understand this is a problem. To address it, we’ve decided to make temporary changes to our pricing structure - we will increase our installation fee to $800 and remove the Stage 0 plan.
