We have a rental product website and needed an app that could give us more options. Plus we needed to add paid accessory options and a waiver and terms and conditions option. During this whole process we also noticed the standard discounts option was deactivated due to this app being implemented, only then to discover that the app developers had the perfect work around to reactivate discounts functionality.
We are finally finished with implementation and couldn't be happier. Nothing is too much trouble for these developers. Their customer support is AMAZING!!
We have just switched to this app from a rival app and at the moment it is solving all issues we have found to date with alternative apps. Came across one small issue straight away and the team at YMQ solved the issue straight away with no work needed from us. Would recommend this app if you have complicated products with lots of different add on options.

*EDIT* In under an hour they had us fixed! Our mail filters weren't agreeing with their mail client, but all is well and the app works great so far! App did not work with our theme by default so we reached out to support via email and their "get support," button. It has been 7 days now with still no response whatsoever or recourse. Unfortunately it is not just a visual issue, but there is something causing an issue with adding items to the cart only after enabling the app. We're hopeful we can get this resolved as this is exactly the fix we've been looking for, but so far, no luck...
I checked the mail log, and you did send us an email a few days ago, and we responded to you at that time.
Then we got another email from this customer this morning, and we emailed him again.
