Service/ Support matters more than a product.

The recent update of the product is fantastic. Setting up variants is now much more convenient and intuitive—simple and straightforward, with clear guidance on where to make each adjustment. The ability to bulk add variants directly from existing collections is a real game-changer. Additionally, the technical support team has been extremely helpful and responsive.
One suggestion for future improvement: it would be even more helpful if, during batch editing, we could exclude specific products within a selected collection that don’t require variant setups. That would make the process even smoother.
