Ive been using this app for a while and while it is nice looking and easy to use, my entire store requires personalization for every product just about. Im not sure this app can handle that. What I'm noticing is that it begins to automatically add new products to existing product options without me adding them there and it creates a double option on the product page. I mark all options as required so it is confusing my customers. Ive removed them numerous times and it just adds them right back repeatedly. Ive tried breaking them down into multiple option sets to not "confuse" the app and it hasn't helped. I just added 2 new products and it has done it again. Im at the point of looking into other apps as this is just not working out.

Never seen such a simple and powerful app. Helped me solve the problem of product customization. It has increased the price per customer for my store and also increased orders.

I have used this for about month now. I have very complicated product options setup in my store, by using the option template, I can easily add and remove options for a group of products. I can also add or remove options for special product individually which greatly reduce my setup effort.
The most impressive thing I want to mention is their support, I had an issue in our development store, the support team response my issue report almost immediately and helped me resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes!!! With the excellent support like this, I feel very comfortable to continue using this app for my production store.
One suggestion: it will be great to have the export and import function for this app so that we can easily replicate our production store to our development store.

The app works incredibly well. It's simple and straightforward and when I ran into an issue due to a theme change, the support team was exceptional and super speedy in their response.We were so pleased! Would recommend.
