The app is great, easy to use, and solves shopify's shortcomings with adding options to products. But what really impressed me was the customer service. So far, they have been able to make all of the customizations I have requested and with lightning speed every time. Highly recommended.

For a whole month-and-a-half, we tried dozen of product variant apps, nearly all apps that are currently active in Shopify App store. YMQ app differs from nearly every one with the little details that gives you the ability to customize whatever you want in variants. Also, it has the best UI that doesn't give you chills when you first look. The only problem we've faced was a drawer problem, but no-app in the market has the compability with drawer widget themes (I can assure you that!)

this application is perfect and the support is even better. I wanted to add a feature to have the price automatically update after selecting an option that added an additional price and they did it within minutes of my request. As soon as I have a request, it responds within minutes and fixes the issue within minutes.

I like this app because Shopify limits the number of options I can use. This solved my problem. Now, I don’t have to rely on customers to fill out notes for my order. All information can be collected directly from the list. Anytime I encounter a problem, I can email them and I will receive a response in about 15-20 minutes. It’s so great!
