Ymq Product Options & Variants

*EDIT* In under an hour they had us fixed! Our mail filters weren't agreeing with their mail client, but all is well and the app works great so far! App did not work with our theme by default so we reached out to support via email and their "get support," button. It has been 7 days now with still no response whatsoever or recourse. Unfortunately it is not just a visual issue, but there is something causing an issue with adding items to the cart only after enabling the app. We're hopeful we can get this resolved as this is exactly the fix we've been looking for, but so far, no luck...

I used this APP. Ymq product options are very intuitive and streamline our customer/product data process.

I used this app to add extra options to my products. It wasn't formatting correctly after they edited some code and they resolved it very quickly with some CSS. Would highly recommend!

Easy to use: I implemented a checkbox to add a fee and display a text box for text. Works perfectly. I needed some help with custom work and their customer service was excellent and resolved all my issues.I recommend.

Excellent customer support! What an awesome, extremely detailed app. So many options to play with and so many details to add as well. The option template being applied to a large group of products is extremely time-saving!
