Ymq Product Options & Variants

This is a brilliant app. It’s the only app out there that does an excellent job of by-passing the Shopify 100 variant limit. Its cleverly designed and creates as many options as u need in a simple to use format. It’s also great looking and makes your store look even better. The service is also unbelievable and support assisted me several times especially when it came to my Ajax cart. They spent quite a lot of time customizing it for me to incorporate all my options in a format that suited my products and business requirements. I would highly recommend this product and support team. They will hold your hand until you achieve your desired outcome. They also reply either same day or next morning latest depending on your time zone where u live. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating

Great app, that is a must need for all shopify stores. Gives you the freedom to customize the products greatly. Also their support is awesome, they reply within hours when you have any questions and helps you solve any issues that may occur.

Having tried a few different apps out, this is hands down the best.
I wanted an app that would allow customers to customize products with optional add-ons, some of which would increase the price and some of which I only wanted to appear based on previous options they had selected.
I found other apps would have issues pulling price increases through to the cart and, when they did, the checkout description would look ugly. Several other apps were also limited in how the add-ons would appear on the product page, for example dropdowns only without images.
YMQ doesn't have any of these issues - the add-on options look great, work seamlessly and the conditional logic function is also very useful for more complex add-ons.
Their customer service team is also very responsive and provided great support, solving an issue within the hour. I highly recommend them!

Excellent App for a 2.0 theme website! I had another product option app, but it didn't work when I updated my theme. I not only like the way many options and features YMQ has, the team has been on the ball with customer service too. When I run into a glitch, they have either been able to find a work-around, or fix it for me within the app within 24 hours. Thank you for making such a great product - I really appreciate it!

I have been using the app for more than a year. Since I have so many variations, I was using it for everything except 1 variation. Then I needed to add some variants under Shopify. So I use Shopify variations and this app at the same time now, but YMQ doesn’t comply with Shopify at all. I have different prices for different product variants but because of the app, once you pick another variant the page won’t reflect the price unless you refresh it. As soon as I disable it, all is well. I have been getting so many upset customer messages because of that. I have reached out to YMQ a few times already but it’s still not fixed.
