Card Abandoner Reminders are not working with - non-subscribed abandoners! Be aware!
This guys don't know the difference between cart abandoning reminder and marketing email....
If you use their service you risk to loose a lot of revenue!

There are certain triggers, such as Order Created, Shipped, and Delivered, that are considered transactional. For these, we will send messages even if the shopper is not a subscriber, as they are essential for completing the purchase process and providing updates on their orders.
However, this is not the case for the Abandoned Checkout trigger. This type of message is considered marketing communication as it is an attempt to secure a purchase or drive revenue, and therefore, we require the shopper's consent to send these reminders. Adhering to these regulations is crucial for maintaining compliance and protecting your business in the long term.

DO NOT USE THIS. I am not sure how they got so many good reviews. Their SMS subscription is broken, very hard to setup. Their support staff in Philippine are poorly trained.

Not able to send sms campaign to 128 customer. it has been an hour and 0 sms were sent.

We have used Yopto SMS for well over a year. Since October 2024, we have had issues with Customers randomly being dropped as SMS subscribers.
These customer have NOT unsubscribed and no matter how the customer tries or how we try to add them back to our SMS subscriber list, they do not receive our SMS notifications.
For months, we have tried to contact Customer Support for this issue and Customer Support JAY L. has repeatedly told us that he needed to contact higher up for help in resolving our issue. It was clear after a few months of requesting support, that they were unable or unwilling to help us. We were finally told that this issue can not be resolved.
BEWARE!!! YOPTO WILL NOT SYNC WITH SHOPIFY CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS.
The Customer Support is terrible!!!!
I would NOT recommend adding this app to your Shopify store.
This app is poor! They fail to provide valid IPv4 addresses needed for domain validation to send emails. Additionally, their chat support is merely an unhelpful bot that repeatedly says it doesn't understand the question.
The app crashed on us over a month ago and its not loading properly. I have reached out to support but they aren't very helpful or resourceful. They keep telling me to disable extensions, or clear cashe, use a different browser. I have done all of it but it's not being fixed. I feel there is a glitch that is happening.
I would be great if someone can look into it and let me know.

The app stopped working more than a week ago and customer service no longer responds. We don't know what the problem is and how to fix it, but it is causing us a lot of problems and we are left alone in this situation!

They scammed us with a flow that started wasting a lot of money when they convinced me to set my payment method in automatic. Don't trust them, because the amount that is spent on your account is not updated until days after. You can end up losing a lot of money with this app and their tricky support team.

Dead app. Doesn't open in chrome. Their support is pathetic... frustrating experience

I would give a 5 star review as I have loved this service but due to deceptive charges that support ignored for weeks till we got shopify involved and now it been over a week and still not resolved. I was charged over 3k for what I was told was only going to cost $480. If this was resolved quickly and made right I would love to give a 5 star review.
