The potential of this application is impressive, the support is efficient and attentive. I remove 1 star because if you want to work in certain Asian languages such as Chinese (simplified or traditional) or Thai, you pay very expensive for your SMS.

Great apps, tha most important to recovery abandoned cart!!! Great customer service too, i got a bug on automation , and contacted support , someone called Lord, and he fix it very fast and efficient, thank you so much

this is a great app for ecommerce. easy to navigate, pairs well and is similar to klaviyo email marketing.

Great customer service, good prices

The chat help was very useful because I had no idea what I was doing and they walked me through it and assisted me in things I still couldn't figure out with direction. I am very happy.

The app is not working, tried to reach support in 3 different times, got excuses, upgraded to a bigger package for functionality, still don't work.

The App was used to be good, not anymore.
