The app is really nice and the customer representatives are very helpful when I have a problem. I am very grateful for that. Thank you also to Joann.

I have going back-and-forth between a few other SMS + email apps. Since Yotpo has been so easy to set up and also focuses on the customer interactions and reviews, as a small business I believe this is the best solution. Quin has been helping me through the process to get verified for SMS and it was easy clear and fast.
