YotPo has a steep learning curve. However, the customer service has been fast to respond and friendly. John was very quick and friendly in providing answers where possible.

Melvin from customer service helped, I am still trying to get the ropes of the app, however with my doubts, customer service has been there to help me, which I am grateful for.
