Needed some help with something and I instantly got an agent, PL. They fixed the issue quick and I'm happy with it.

Setting up Yotpo has been a breeze thanks to my helpful support rep, PL. I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of the app. There are tons of templates and workflows already built out for you at each stage of the customer journey, so it is going to save a lot of time and brain power. I still have to gain customers to see it in action, but so far, so good!

PL was very helpful answered my questions quick and efficient and was able to get me in line for the final step for my validation!
