What an amazing app!!!

If you're not using SMS to recover abandoned carts you're dumb. I really didn't think the results will be that good and I did it just for the sake of trying it... (after all, it's 2017 who the hell uses SMS anymore right?)

Bottom line: 17.89% Conversion Rate from traffic originated in SMS.
I don't care who you are or what Shopify store you're running but this number is INSANE!!!

I don't use it for anything else yet but I might use it in the future for flash sales.
The support team is fast and helpful.

I've received the best customer service experience from Keano and the app is great overall the downside is for people that don't serve international so cant auto localize all the texts and contents but you can do it manually and the navigation is frustrating for a new comer but I'm sure it gets easier overtime overall great app and customer service

This app fraudulently charged my account. I have not used it at all and I've been charged 4 $10 charges all on the same day even though I clearly have no activity shown. I will remove this once they have reversed the charges. Very unhappy.

Marnie E was a great help today. She was super fast. This software is good but beware of the costs if you have extra characters like TM. The SMS charges are also very expensive for the EU.
