I've recently downloaded this app and it has been going very smoothly so far didn't give it a 5 star cause I've just started to use it
PL gave me the best service! I could not have asked for anything better, every question I had was answered.
great service support, quick and easy....very happy as a first time user. I had my account validated
I love the app! It's great and my friend introduced me to the app. What i like about it is that it's very easy to use and not complex whatsoever. Setting up automations is easy and you can even send gif's :D. Though i downside is that you can't manually send sms's.
Very useful, and the setting is a bit complex but the live support Don is very helpful to solve my question
If you don't intend to help, don't think any one has forced you to have an app here. Why don't you just close down?
It's been twice that I spoke to you guys, they say checking your profile and totally disappear. What nuisance is this?
Been using it for about 3 months, sent few 1000's recover sms's and suddenly stopped working. The sms's stopped sending to customers. I contacted support to help us solve the problem and she just didn't understand me, maybe support don't speak english, i only received copy-paste messages that weren't answering my questions. I felt like she was joking with me. Not okay to judge a whole company by 1 person, but i can't stay without sms recover so i'll have to find another app.
