it was quick and easy. The problem was sorted in just a few minutes without any issues. The agent Marnie was also very nice, professional and patient.
Awesome application. No brainer to have this on your store! Sending automated texts messages to bring customersb ack to your site and purchase it's a goldmine!

Great app. Prices outside the US a bit high, but overall a great way to recover lost sales in your shop. I enjoyed using it
I like that there is a free version of this app available. I was assisted by Marnie in the support chat today. She responded to my initial chat quickly and she was accommodating in her responses. She even sent screenshots which helped a lot.
BE AWARE BEFORE INSTALLING THIS APP
it's not working as promised in upgrade option, they withdrew all my balance without using a cent of it and you will lose your money by using it!
