The chat feature was great and my Princess was invaluable. I would have given a 5 but I am still trying to figure it all out.
Easy to use and pretty straightforward, just not suitable for Australia. Great customer service from PL!

Jeff helped a lot with figuring out some simple issues I had. I couldn't get texting to work and he helped me along the way very good assistance.
The app doesn't work for us. It sends some random notifications that it should not. 1 customer received 5 messages of the same notification. Analytics shows completely wrong data. It does not always send a Shipping Confirmation Notification. We hoped that it would work, but it's really not.
