The customer service is great in this app! Fast answers and good communication. I haven´t tested the SMS yet, but I think it will work great. Thanks a lot Quin!
Customer service is beyond supportive and patience. John was extremely helpful and provided guidance that we needed. We were a bit intimidated with the app at first but John provided a step by step process for us to follow in order to accomplish our goals. We are grateful at this point and excited to use the app.

Setting up SMS marketing is more complicated than I thought. Some bugs and problems need to fix. I was stuck with technical rep Marnie for over an hour; she was accommodating and patient in solving the issues. I would give customer service five stars for sure, but the user's experience of SMSBump is four stars.
No está mal, tiene buena estrategia para poder enviar mensajes en diferentes franjas de horarios, eso da muchas posibilidades.
AJ was great! He answered all my questions and helped me start the verification process.
I was new to this app and Fhoel helped me with a lot of things setting up SMS. Great customer service
why in hell I can't go in the app?????????????????????????????????????? what do you mean you don't support "We don't support your chosen platform yet" so if you don't support it why you're app is in Shopify
