Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

My first experience with this App was a great one. Joann was very helpful and patient with me while I go through the process of validating my number. It took a while because I am not the most tech savy LOl.I was not made to feel rushed. Thank you Joann!

Bit of a nightmare to set up but so far so good. Angelica really helped me with getting everything sorted out, mind you this was on a Saturday in the morning so their dedication to customer service is authentic

Geneius App, i can not explain enough how important this feature is!!
If you not using this App you simply doing a mistake and leaving money on the table.
Well done guys, on creating the best App i have seen for Shopify.

Those who give you less then 5 stars should be banned from Shopify.

This is the best app for sms marketing by far. If you are looking to create campaigns via this channel don't think about an alternative, sms bump is the perfect tool you need and has a fantastic customer support!

Joann C was super helpful getting my pop up setup! quick to respond to my questions and was able to solve all my issues

The set up is easy. I have to check dashboard later to see if any results. Wenooz

Not very useful. Trying set up some things but the pages dont load on mobile devices. Not sure why. No information provided on this. Doesn't seen to be working at all. Wont use again unfortunately
