Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

This review is specifically based on the app's support. I had a few questions about validation due to an SMS issue and reached out to the online support. I was connected to PL. PL is fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. I appreciate the help with my issue.

Thank you very much although over the years my stats have dropped because of the RGPD in europe I am still well profitable with them. And I needed help and I was helped quickly and efficiently by the agent.

A bit skeptical because we haven't used this app in a while yet prices keep fluctuating. There was a s lightly issue before where they overcharged us for something. We have moved to another strong competitor

I've faced 2 issues when started with Email marketing. 1st - I was not able to create Email Campaigns, but it was resolved after I contacted support, it took a day or two. And second one was about my account verification, and it was resolved pretty fast with Regie's help. Thanks for that. Overall the app looks good, it has good email customization, fast support team answers, and integration with other Yotpo apps. Recommended.

John D was great the whole time we talked and he helped me verify the account in a very easy way no complains best service ever without a doubt for all my dropshippers fellows out there this is the app you all need to increase sales and to never lose customers again.
