It's a great tool to engage with customers. I had problems with verifying the account and TFN, the customer service rep AJ did a wonderful job to finish the process.

I would definitely recommend this app because of the service support. I had the opportunity to speak with Marnie and honestly he with his customer service skills and patience he was able to solve every problem that I was facing while creating my account.

PL for guest service support was really helpful and made the process of getting my toll free number verified really easy and in a timely manner.
