Been using their app for years now and I'm still amazed on how great their customer support is, especially Mr. Mevlin, thanks for assisting my on my concern

PL helped me by swiftly responding to my requesting and guiding me through the process of verifying my TFN number I am very thankful for their help.

John D and his team assisted me in setting up a pop-up on my store which offers a percentage discount to new and existing customers who sign up for email and SMS. I do think the App can increase customer visits and can increase customer sales but I have no experience with the app. I would like to get a more proactive approach from the team to advise me or recommend the best actions I need to take on the free plan or the most cost-effective options available to improve the operation of my website.
