Great app, Perfect for Busy Q4. Seeing a lot more conversions through SMS. However, we are seeing the app not start up from our backend often enough.
I think the free version is bs. I've been trying to complete this compliance garbage for 2 hours and all I get is error messages. DO YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR THIS TO WORK?? WHY NOT JUST SAY IT RATHER THAN MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE "FREE VERSION" ON TOP OF IT THEY WON'T LET ME LEAVE THIS REVIEW UNLESS ITS 4 STARS OR ABOVE. WHAT A CON JOB THIS 0NE IS

I believe that there is some misunderstanding here. None of the compliance requirements require you to be on a paid package, so I guess something was missed here. Feel free to reach our support team and they can guide you on how you can set up the app correctly. In addition, you can also check our knowledge base and blog posts.
As for the review system - it is entirely managed by Shopify and we can only reply to them.

The customer service is great. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. It will take some time to get used this app but I'm hoping it helps
Good app for sending SMS flows, integration is kind of difficult but overall it's nice and good to use.

I didn't used the app yet but the team is amazing. The helped me for all the steps with patience and kindness.
