You can find lots of tutorials in our official website and our knowledge base section. Nevertheless, a colleague of mine has reached out to you to help you set up our product correctly.
Application is sometimes buggy, but do the job. Support is too slow to process your issue. I even forgot the context of my issue when they got back to me....
Has some good features but its disappointing they don't have a mobile template version for the floating button pop up. It covers the whole page and is quiet ugly. Wish I could create a initial pop up and if users would exit out, it would stay as a button in the bottom corner to be reopened again. Postscript does this...

Hi ! I used sms bump a lot on my last shop and it's in theory very powerful. But right now SMSBump's doing shit. It allows itself to deactivate my SMS campaigns at any time without warning, causing me to lose hundreds of euros of abandoned checkouts. Really disappointed.
I don't know why but the abandoned cart recovery is not working for me and I can't find any useful help from support :(
Update August 22: It seems like they have new error on the system every week. This week, all my sms are failed to be delivered, and they still charge them. Can't wait to spend all my credit then delete this app.

I am sorry to see that you had such an experience with our app.
I checked what happened here and it seems that there was a minor technical problem in the connection between two services. The problem was resolved in a couple of hours.
Everything should be working as expected ever since.

UPDATE AUG 21st: We are still waiting for feedback from the client.
Difficult to judge the App as I installed it, sent a test SMS to my personal cell 12 hours ago and have still not received it despite the app telling me it was sent, Went through all the processes and then started to ask them questions - hours upon hours with no reply. Still waiting (5 hours ago their persistent sales focused chat bot told me the normal wait is 5 minutes...) Also - the free credit doesn't work and that's one of the things I asked about.

REALLY upset that I upgraded to their growth plan and imported with Klaviyo and took ALLLLLL my time today to set this up, and no one is helping me figure out my issues. Horrible experience so far and I would love some QUALIFIED help. Try another SMS app is my recco so far. Will update if I see any changes. Not a great app or service.

For SMSBump.... We are not all techy people like this app assumes.
The app set up is hard for beginners. Otherwise its seems ok
customer support during setup was very friendly and helpful. Only after setup i found out that i was paying 0.32usd per sms instead of 0.16usd. (country outside of US. )
Turns out a text message is just 160 Characters and this includes links and unsubscribe info. So basically you always pay for more then 1 text message.
All in all its been a waste of time to set this up, with these costs we would pay thousands of dollars every month to use this service.
For US companies the costs will be much much lower, but keep in mind that the costs will not be the same as advertised on their pricing page, quite dishonnest marketing.
