Hello im writing a review about the person who helped me, the name was Quin and they completely saved me from hell. I was struggling so hard to get rid of my sms pop up for days and countless hours and she hlped me in seconds. Definitely deserves a raise.
If the free plan of this app is this superb imagine the kind of good successes the paid plan would bring to a diligent business. Yotpo is worth it. They make sure you follow through to add respect for customers' privacy in your private policy and terms and conditions. Their agents like Joann was patient, elaborative, and kind throughout the validating of my business account. I appreciate using Yotpo to thank my customers and keep in touch with them.
I needed help with trying to change my discount amount on my pop-up. PL helped me in minutes with addressing this and I am happy it wasn't as complicated as I thought.
I encountered a problem with email list importing during use, and agent John D helped me solve it very promptly and quickly.
One of the few apps that give you a ton of features for free. The customer service is quick and very good. Princess (PL) was very helpful with the problems I had!

John D and his team assisted me in setting up a pop-up on my store which offers a percentage discount to new and existing customers who sign up for email and SMS. I do think the App can increase customer visits and can increase customer sales but I have no experience with the app. I would like to get a more proactive approach from the team to advise me or recommend the best actions I need to take on the free plan or the most cost-effective options available to improve the operation of my website.
