Generally a good all round service with excellent and prompt customer support. My only criticism would be the account validation process of which I didn't receive clear instruction on how to complete other than chatting to a member of customer service. I was also unaware that my account needed validating. It was only when my customers stopped receiving subscription emails that I found out.
Other than this, generally an easy to use service.

While setting up my account to make it compliant with the USA and Canada so I can do SMS marketing Marnie helped me out on the live chat and response was fast, even though we had some few mistakes on my end setting up we worked together to fix them quickly so now I wait for the rest of the back end process. If only Facebook had live support like other Shopify apps lol. Thanks Marnie, I hope I get to set up my campaigns soon :- )
