SMS BUMB IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE PROOF AND EMAILS . THEY KEEP CHARGING ME FOR A FREE PLAN. I HAD THE $19 PLAN AND SWITCHED TO THE FREE PLAN BECAUSE I'M NOT GETTING SALES AND IT WOULDN'T BE WISE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING LIKE THAT NOW. THEY REFUNDED ME LAST MONTH FOR CHARGING ME FOR A FREE PLAN. I HAD TO REPORT IT TO SHOPIFY FIRST BEFORE THEY DID ANYTHING. THEY DIDNT ANSWER ME THE FEW TIMES I SENT A MESSAGE THROUGH HELP SUPPORT. THEY ADVISED ME I WOULDN'T BE CHARGES AGAIN. TODAY I WAS CHARGES AGAIN. HOW IS IT THAT YOU KEEP CHARGING ME A MONTHLY FEE FOR A SERVICE I HAVE FOR FREE? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. YOU CANT CHARGE ME AND I HAVE IT FREE. REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK. ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE SITUATION. DONT JUST KEEP TAKING MY MONEY FROM ME. WHY IS A $19 CHARGE STILL ON MY ACCOUNT AFTER YOU ADVISED SHOPIFY IN WRITING BY EMAIL. I HAVE THE FREE PLAN? YOU NOT GOING TO TAKE FROM ME. PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY AND TAKE THAT $19 DOLLAR CHARGE OFF MY ACCOUNT. PLEASEEEEE

**********UPDATE*********** 09/17/23 - THEY ENDED UP REFUNDING ME BACK FOR ALL THE CHARGES THEY HAVE CHARGED ME. THEY CONSISTENTLY FOLLOWED UP WITH ME REGARDING THE REFUND AND TO MAKE SURE THE CHARGES WASN'T HAPPENING ANYMORE. THEY WERE WILLING TO FIX THIS AND RESOLVE MY ISSUES.
