I have been using this app for the past two years, the sms campaign part of things Is a complete scam. Recently I’ve noticed that the campaigns aren’t being sent to my customers and the app is overcharging for messages sent. I’ve reached out each time and a ticket is created with no resolution and broken promises. I will be moving to a different app.

I had an issue with not being able to respond to a customer message. I got a customer service person within minutes and the problem was fixed in seconds. Thank you!!!

I reached out to have my TFN verified. Jay helped me resolve this issued within 4-5 minutes. That's great customer service. Jay was very nice and helpful.

Great app and great support. We use it on all our sites for SMS.

The app purposely reports fake ROI data to incentivise you to spend more on sent emails. When we contacted them showing fake ROI reports on orders that were included in results despite having nothing to do with sent email campaigns they only said that they could not provide information on how the data is calculated and closed the ticket.
