So many features available to use as I start to scale and consolidate much of my marketing. I really value centralizing data as it makes understandin holistic performance easier to visualize. PL was super helpful in getting me validated and on the right track to reaching my customers.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It looks like they hire people with no experience or knowledge about their product to talk to you.

I am not hating, I am just talking about my own experience. No help whatsoever, they don't even care. Why have support if you can't support it?

I love this app! Utilizing the SMS messaging has been a really great marketing tool for my retail shop. I love that you can attach pictures and your shop link as well. Customer service was helpful and quick to respond (thank you Joann C). Would highly recommend this app to other Shopify users for their marketing needs!

I was having trouble with sending e-mails when I got help from an assistant named John D. who told me step-by-step what I needed to do to verify my account and be able to send e-mails. He was kind and helpful and I'm grateful for this. Recommend a 100% !
