great app does everything I need it to do
No está mal, tiene buena estrategia para poder enviar mensajes en diferentes franjas de horarios, eso da muchas posibilidades.
Setting up SMS marketing is more complicated than I thought. Some bugs and problems need to fix. I was stuck with technical rep Marnie for over an hour; she was accommodating and patient in solving the issues. I would give customer service five stars for sure, but the user's experience of SMSBump is four stars.
found the support quick and friendly today, this assisant marnie made it easy. i really recommend this app

Was having a lot of issues integrating SMSBump and Klayvio, it took a few days which was fustrating but thanks to Princess (PL) the issue got resolved!
Really appreciate their great knowledge on getting this configured because if not I would of used another service.
Customer services was very helpful when trying to verify our phones. Aleksander gave us all the instructions on what to do and it was fast. So far it seems like a good app we will have to see if it turns out to work good for our company. Will review again in a month or two.
4/5 for now, 5/5 soon if everything keeps going smoothly! I am in the process of migrating from competitor to this product and it seems to meet ALL OF OUR NEEDS. Marnie has been super quick to reply on chat (speed and accessibility I find lacking in other apps/platforms) and I'm thankful for their help! Excited to continue to and fingers crossed we're up and running soon!
The app is really good to create your campaigns and schedule them, so you dont need to worry about the special days.....nice app!
