I have been using this app for the past two years, the sms campaign part of things Is a complete scam. Recently I’ve noticed that the campaigns aren’t being sent to my customers and the app is overcharging for messages sent. I’ve reached out each time and a ticket is created with no resolution and broken promises. I will be moving to a different app.

Brilliant app - could be a little more user friendly with editing emails etc but on the whole has been great!
Joann was very helpful in resolving a recent issue we had with verifications. Thanks Joann!

I had a few issues with the SMS items, I was able to get help from Melvin
and he was amazing and patient with me, showed me how to get everything done for Compliance. Amazing Customer Service! Amazing App.

My experience with Yopto Email Marketing & SMS has been really good, I am new to all of this and did not know where to start. I needed help and went on the chat assistance. The person helping me was PL and was really helpful, I appreciate the help I got and would give PL a 10/10 and 5 stars.
