I would recommend this app because it does the pre-game work for you and it's a wonderful tool for any business to get ahead. I worked with a rep, John D, and he was able to help me by answering my questions and providing with information needed to assist in resolving my technical issues. Now I am email to send my customize emails to my customers without hassle. Thank you John D!!

App is pretty buggy/frustrating to use at times but has great features. Contacted support and Marnie was very helpful and proactive in solving my issues!

I've received the best customer service experience from Keano and the app is great overall the downside is for people that don't serve international so cant auto localize all the texts and contents but you can do it manually and the navigation is frustrating for a new comer but I'm sure it gets easier overtime overall great app and customer service

didnt get much info when i signed up which sucks but the customer support is great and patient . they will walk you thru step by step . Thanks to PL for being the most kind and helpful :)

Honestly it's a little confusing and making updates is glitchy because apparently their system needs some cool off time after a recent update. Thank God for their (Yotpo) live chat customer support. Princess (PL) was so helpful and so was AJ T! And I mean helpful helpful. If the support service remains this good then I will continue to use the service. They do have lots of features and integrations

I'm just new to the SMSBump app, and I don't know it well for the moment. But i've had a 5/5 support with PL, and this makes me optimistic about the fact that the more i'll use this app, the more i'll enjoy it to a 5/5 overall review score
