I needed help with the API Key and Keano helped me very quickly to resolve the issue. Customer service is responsive and quick. Everything works and I get to test to make sure the text are coming through. I will come back after a few more weeks of using the service for an updated review. But I like them so far, no complaints.

I have received the best service ever from Aleksandra V, the app is amazing, and Alex knows how to guide me through the process, I am happy.

KEano was very helpful with helping me set up my account, fast and very efficient...lovely service..keep it up

The app is good at what it does and seems to be growing. On the other hand some things are frustrating, it falsely reports revenue by changing whatever currency you sell in to dollars without currency conversion. Another issue is you can't pay as you go per sms if you want to do things like birthday messages via reconvert, it forces you into a monthly fee.
EDIT: It went downhill after getting acquired by Yotpo. Syncing is unreliable, support is poor & automations don't always work. Switched to Postcript!
