Excellent customer service. Had some issues setting up but the customer chat bar on the side is very helpful and paired me up with someone very fast. Issues were instantly resolved.

Liking it so far.. it has great features. They charge about 0.02-0.1 per SMS and the chat help is fast and effective. I'm in :)

Easy to use and set up and pretty much premade samples are good enough to recover the abandoned carts.
