They claim that their app is working, but their partnered carrier is down so we cant send messages. This has been ongoing for the past 2 weeks and they refuse to reimburse payment for the messages that havent been sent/ the monthly charges for the app no one can use.

I just started using Yotpo's sms app. I had some questions and reached out to online chat support. Lord, my customer service agent was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions easily and quickly.

Just downloaded, simple to set up, set up two automations and now testing, excited to see how they perform. Messenger app could use some tweaking with the activating account process

This tool wont allow you to do A\B testing. or it does but guess what? you cant know whos the winner.
and support is bad. since Yotpo bought it, its usless.
