Just downloaded the app and so far support has been great. Jeffrey T and Djan have been super helpful in providing detailed steps regarding any difficulties I had. Also very easy and fast to get support through their SMSBump Chat Support.

Quin was very helpful. Very easy to set up and helped me update my policies. I really like how there are multiple marketing strategies I can set up

I am very new as I opted to setup my own storefront and handle all the details that go into it all. I saw Yotpo was a recommended source to help with SMS Marketing & Email integration with Shopify. I had a few questions that I needed answers to. I used the Chat Contact Support and was help immediately by Regie C. I was able to get what I needed.
