Quite disappointing, to be honest. It feels cumbersome to create compared to Shopify's own email marketing feature. Everything has to be done manually while you'd expect it to be a bit more intuitive and pull content from the website. Who has time to keep designing these campaigns again and again? Trying to edit and setup a template is a bit of a pain and I had to try several times for it to work.

The app seems to work well, just takes a little time to get everything syncing properly. I had a few flows that weren't "flowing" and John D. was very helpful in getting these working again. Thanks!

Quin was also very helpful and patient working through some bugs. Apparently the tiktok pixel on chrome can make yotpo buggy. Pro tip for anyone that is experiencing the same issues!

My app wasn’t working for the first 6 months, it wasn’t sending out the confirmation emails even after I setup my account and got my number approved.

Fast forward after those 6 months, I launch my campaign and none of my automations were working, the discount code wasn’t applying and they could never get it fixed, not even a two step flow.

My email is filled with code not working errors and I had to go to Shopify’s free email system instead that actually apply a code at checkout.

Use activecampaign or something, this place not good.

Awesome chat support by AJ T. I installed the app yesterday and contacted support but did not get much help initially, possibly I contacted them outside of their working hours. However, when I tried again today, I was totally blown away by AJ T's assistance. AJ helped me to customize my SMS flows for the countries that I am serving and in accordance to Shopify's best practices. AJ has also been very patient throughout. I feel much more confident now to get started with SMSBump. Thank you!
