I use the application to make SMS marketing and I had to use the chat service, the chat is really good and I appriciate the communication with the Lord !

Be careful of this app, support is horrible too. When asking for a detailed list of the spending, they will just ignore you or ask for more of your information which have nothing to do with the problem you have.
App didn't even work properly, customer couldn't use it and then had double the work.

Just got the app today I will be going hard on sms marketing as I believe it is the future and that email is going away soon. Not completely but it will be overshadowed by sms.
