Application is sometimes buggy, but do the job. Support is too slow to process your issue. I even forgot the context of my issue when they got back to me....
I dont like how i spent a lot of time trying to set my onboarding txt messages just right only for it to be welcome! But i do like how i can give permission to a staff member to do the coding integration for me.
I am having issues with the app not displaying any analytics for the day as well as many other problems, but the customer service is great. Regie C and Elijah C were both super helpful and helped me resolve almost all of the issues. Will definitely be 5 stars if the other kinks can get worked out by the higher-ups.
I like the fact that they have chat support so if I end up needing any help I can always ask a question on the chat service.

I have just started using this app, so I can't review it in detail of course. However, I required some help to set up certain things and the customer service was top notch. Harry M, answered all my questions with patience and detail and helped me feel more confident about what I was doing. He stayed with me throughout the process and answered all my questions which has helped me a lot. Thank you Harry :)
