SMS BUMP has been super easy to use and navigate. I found the customer support especially by PL super fast and helpful. I tried klaviyo text and Postscript, both were difficult for support.

10/10 app. one of the best apps I have used in awhile. Texts are 100x better than emails and this is amazing.

The app is ok. It's is kind of user friendly but the videos go way to fast. You can't really add any of the products that will really help until you pay a monthly fee. I don't want to pay until I know they will work. Every page I open a pop up is there which is nice but it is also is trying to sell the monthly plan.

just installed the app, for now the setup is ok, and complete. One step needs customer service (the rgdp compliance) because not so simple. Good point is that the customer service is very reactive and explain step by step all the thing to do to get the app work. Now we will see the efficience of the app or not.

Don't expect the automation to work properly. Once you run into the malfunctions don't expect customer support to be helpful. They hardly know how their own app functions and never actually fix the glitches in the software.
