THIS APP CHARGED ME $70 AND I SENT 4 MESSAGES. WASTE OF MONEY SUPPOSED TO BE $1.50 PER MESSAGE. DIDNT GET A REPLY BACK TO MY EMAIL EITHER. THIS APP SUCKS

Just setting up now, Chat support has been super helpful. Extra bonus points for PL who has been holding my hand! I've done SMS marketing before, but this one is so much easier to create useful messages.

Seems great so far, and customer service is very helpful. I haven't used e-mail marketing yet, but will update my review when I do.

Edit: I messaged them on Wednesday, not the weekend and it said 10 minute response. Then I left a message through email. Can't believe you are trying to say I contacted you on Friday or the weekend.

I couldn't even use the App because it would not let me past the account creation screen. It's been 5 days and I have not received a response from online chat assistants nor from email. I am in the USA, so country is not the problem.
