I love Yotpo support service, PL helped me to resolve all my questions and helped me on how to set up correctly an automation. 100% recommended.

AJT was super helpful! I had an issue with my abandoned cart emails not sending out ... I had the flow configured wrong. He fixed it and explained as he was going with screenshots. Very helpful and friendly. and all is fixed. Thank you AJ T

Very responsive support. I had a problem sending SMS messages. I contacted support. PL quickly understood what was going on and told me what to do to validate my account.
In a few minutes the problem was resolved.

Marnie was really helpful in getting us set up with SMS verification, especially when it came to amending terms of service and privacy policy. Marnie was speedy and very helpful 10/10

The app crashed on us over a month ago and its not loading properly. I have reached out to support but they aren't very helpful or resourceful. They keep telling me to disable extensions, or clear cashe, use a different browser. I have done all of it but it's not being fixed. I feel there is a glitch that is happening.

I would be great if someone can look into it and let me know.
