A great app, fairly easy to use and a great way to connect to customers. Would definitely recommend for a starter website.

Quin was such a great help today. She has walked me through getting verified and was very quick in their responses. Very grateful for her customer service and it was a pleasure. Would definitely recommend as I am just setting up and they seem to be very happy to help.

Lovely support. Very receptive to suggestions and even idiot mistakes you make while setting up flows.

It's a great tool to engage with customers. I had problems with verifying the account and TFN, the customer service rep AJ did a wonderful job to finish the process.

I would definitely recommend this app because of the service support. I had the opportunity to speak with Marnie and honestly he with his customer service skills and patience he was able to solve every problem that I was facing while creating my account.
