Helpful, but could have been told steps needed to be done before the verification process could start. So i am currently waiting an additional 4-8 business before verification

she resolve every issue very kindly patiently she is a rockstar.
unfortunately marketing promises more than what the product actually delivers. Onboard and IP warming process is very manual and segmenting are limited. There billing process is fair, the software is fast & responsive, and support (Melvin) was great. With the lack of limited shopify marketing integration and extremely aggressive push towards SMS doesn't look like this platform is the right choice for us.
don't know if it works but it would be goof if it was easier to use and n needs a little bit more work

YotPo needs extended hours for support. Marnie was great and resolved the issue as soon as someone came on line.
The app is good at what it does and seems to be growing. On the other hand some things are frustrating, it falsely reports revenue by changing whatever currency you sell in to dollars without currency conversion. Another issue is you can't pay as you go per sms if you want to do things like birthday messages via reconvert, it forces you into a monthly fee.
EDIT: It went downhill after getting acquired by Yotpo. Syncing is unreliable, support is poor & automations don't always work. Switched to Postcript!
so far great customer service. but a little too expensive for what is offered. and if you want to be do more its overpriced.
Certain things about the customization seemed quite limited to me, so I deleted it. However, customer service is a solid 10, quick service, quality. Thank you Melvin for helping me with deleting my account.
Thanks for Gen's help, she is doing good customer service, but the app was implented yotpo review system, which is annoying.
