Gen is super helpful, very responsive and all in all the experience is very good!
Customer service is always fast which is a huge plus.
The only down side is the cost of SMS as a store that doesn't exist in the US and is considered as international. Would be perfect if the cost was lower.

The chat feature was great and my Princess was invaluable. I would have given a 5 but I am still trying to figure it all out.

All the Stars to the customer service representative. I had an issue which needed a fresh vibrant mind, and Angelica was it. Super smart, responsive and extremely resourceful. I will try the App because of this experience.

Pl was great and helped me be able to navigate app much better. After not setting up my flows correctly, PL walked me through the best ways to capture emails and sms. They also provided links where I can reference to be able look over in future.

This is actually a pretty interesting app with a different perspective to retrieving abandoned carts.
