Yotpo: Email Marketing & SMS

Love the live chat option. Customer service is great and the way that it shows wait time for the chat is nice. Rock assisted me and did a wonderful job.

I have used Yotpo on other stores and it is a must-have app for SMS flows. Rock N was very nice and helpful assisting me! He responded very fast also.

My account was not verified for a few months without me knowing. But Melvin has been of great help to fix this issue in less than 10mn.

Regie was great helped me out with everything I needed step by step!

Quin was a big help! So far the app is pretty user friendly, just has a bit of a learning curve. SMS and email automation will be great for my little shop!

So far, so good. I have chatted with Princess, Marne and Quin and all of them have been so helpful!! I am new to the app and flows but this seems pretty simple once you get the hang of it. I am a small business and would suggest it to others.
